There is an online option below for contributions by individual members using a credit card or debit card containing a M/C or Visa logo. Contributions can also be made by check through U.S. Mail (instructions at bottom of page).
Individual Online Payment Instructions:
- Select “Individual Online Payment” button above for individual member donations. In the form please enter the $ amount of your donation. You have the option of checking a box to help pay our credit/debit card processing fee.
- Please enter your first name, last initial, email address and mailing address. Your email address is required to send a receipt.
- Donations cover all District 5 expenses including Alateen and Public Outreach activities. If you want to designate a portion of your individual donation to Alateen and/or Public Outreach, please include the amount that you would like allocated in the Note section on the payment page.
To finalize payment:
- On the payment page, you will enter your credit or debit card information along with your zip code.
- Click on the blue banner at the bottom of the payment page labeled “Go to Credit Card Form” to proceed to the payment page (please note that the payment page WILL accept Debit cards even if it doesn’t say so.
- To complete the contribution, please be sure to click the Pay banner at the bottom of the payment page.
